Enjoy your summer get-away in a private home located minutes from the Winter Park ski resort. Escape the heat of summer and enjoy being outside all day! Let your pups and kids play on our .7 acre lot that includes a dog door to a huge log deck and a 5 ft high fenced backyard. Relax with gorgeous views of the divide.
Stroll, bike or roller blade on the paved trail between Winter Park and Fraser and enjoy the views or take your hiking shoes or bikes on any of the local trails. Drive up to Devil’s Thumb for the best spa around. However you decide to spend your day, this is a terrific place to go all out or just sit around.
Walk down the block to get to the hot tubs, outdoor pool, sauna, gym or drive a few minutes to the Rec Center for an amazing indoor pool. We have a key-code deadbolt on the front door, so you never have to worry about juggling/losing keys for the property.
The upstairs master bedroom has a king sized Tempurpedicâ„¢ bed. Downstairs are 2 queen bedrooms and one with a full over full bunk bed. All beds have flannel sheets and down comforters. We keep down alternative on hand as well.
The home boasts a fully equipped hickory kitchen with stainless appliances, a huge stone fireplace in the living room well stocked with firewood, 4 LCD TVs with cable and HBO & Cinemax, hundreds of blu-rays and DVDs with surround sound, Wii, PS3, a BBQ grill, a basement with full size washer/dryer, a 2 car garage, and tons of storage. Easy to get to and close to everything!
We have room for RVs, boats and a large front yard for family games.

Winter Park/Mary Jane skiing is a world class winter ski and snowboarding experience. In the summer, the resort turns into world class mountain biking while the town of Winter Park boasts a top notch summer concert series, arts and events schedule.

We even provide a guest pass to Club Meadowridge so you can enjoy the outdoor hot tubs, heated pool, tennis courts, racquetball, sauna and gym!
The clubhouse is only about a block and a half from the house!

Bring your pups along! We wouldn’t want you to leave your canine companions at home while you’re having all the fun at our dog friendly home! Forget the hassle of kenneling – there is plenty of dog friendly fun to be had.  Bring up to 3 dogs. They can access the deck and the fenced back yard using the dog door.
This is one of the only homes in the area with a large grass front yard for summer games and fun!
